How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, email us directly or through our contact page. We will respond as quickly as possible to provide you with further instructions.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unworn and undamaged within 30 days of marked delivery. There is no restocking fee for exchanges and returns. All shipping for returns & exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
If your product is damaged due to material or manufacturing error, we will replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.
If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double-check your address!
We are committed to high-quality customer service. As a current small business, please note the following guidelines to our return policy:
- We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.
- Reyleigh cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
- We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order details and location.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days. Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping depending on location.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship both domestically and internationally.
Can I make changes to my order after its been placed?
You will not be able to make changes to your order after it's been placed. Please reach out to our customer support email if you have any issues.
